Frequently asked questions

Who can enter a team?

Any mosque or community group can register a 5-a-side squad (plus substitutes). Players of all skill levels are welcome.

How does the knockout format work?

It's win-or-go-home: knockout rounds run across the day, with the winners progressing through to the final in the afternoon. Knocked-out teams are welcome to stay for the food, family zone and finals atmosphere.

How much does it cost?

Team registration details are available via the Register link. Spectator entry is free — bring the whole family.

Where does the money go?

Proceeds support Action Against Islamophobia's community support and advocacy work.

What should players bring?

Football boots or runners, shin pads, water and team colours. Bibs are provided if needed.
